A common language helps people communicate and understand each other. It would be wonderful if everyone could directly communicate with each other, and OWL is entirely possible.
Here is a description of OWL:
1. Everyone learns 2 languages: English and a second language.
2. The second language can be: one’s home language, a foreign language, an art (visual and performing arts are also languages), or a computer language.
3. OWL creates One World Language while still holding on to all other languages, this decreases the potential negatives, while increasing the potential positives.

4. OWL/English should grow to include (perhaps ten) valuable words from (all) other languages.
5. The metric system should also be the one measurement standard.
