Obtaining Happiness/Enlightenment

Although Buddhism is about suffering (dissatisfaction) and the cessation of suffering (dissatisfaction), the cessation seems to lead to happiness (Nirvana). To achieve that means a multitude of steps to change the way our minds perceive reality, almost rewiring our brains to see the world through non-dualistic eyes. When one is mindful, seeing the ultimate reality of all things, wisdom and compassion seem to lead to a state of well being (harmony), beauty and energy.
